Couldn't get to my C2 last evening - sorry guys. I Will crank it up this weekend with an extra 10k or so.
I am Training for Pittsburgh Sprints next month and, as I concentrate on speed, not sure how this will affect my total meters - any thoughts about what combination of workouts would be best to get my 2k speeds up (currently around 7'50" - need to get faster! Despite fairly high meters in JVC, I've only had my C2 for a bit over a month and am a competitive dragon boater, new to this type of rowing. I am 59, wt 160, very fit - trying to balance C2 with running and the gym - oh yes, and work too! Training for two different sports: Rowing and DB - DB is really a sprint/power sport. Advice from my team mates appreciated. OK for my team mates to e-mail respond or pm, so as not to waste space in this forum, as Pat listed our e-mails in recent post. Thanks. I'll keep production up for Timbuk2 - having a blast on the team!!

Ahhhhh. The weekend.
For those of us lucky enough not to be working this weekend, why not have an extra ergo this Sunday? Nothing too big or ambitious...perhaps a relaxing 10mins, gentle split times...a pleasant 2km before lunch or dinner? Or for those who can spare a little extra time, what about 5km?
If we all work together and contribute whatever we're able to, we can forget the Eh! Team....we can catch up those LUNA-TICS.
