Is soy milk a smart thing to drink for working out? Just a quick question ive been wondering about

I would say to drink whenever you feel you have the neede, and to drink Water I love my selve to emty a botle of cold Water
After a workout but not before.

Anyone telling you to drink this or that before or after are just trying to sell you something, you dont need.

Soy milk is fine to drink after a work out, but you haven't stated the type of qork out or duration, if you can tell me this I can give you a more thourough answer ?

For me, given that my arthritis rapidly reduced going vegan, it's a very smart way to go. Almond milk is good too.
