Hi all,
had surgery to remove my appendix last week. The MD said to "take it easy for a while" and to "listen to my body," which I'll do. Out of curiousity, though, anyone here have that surgery? How long were you off the erg afterwards?

Good point. It was laparoscopic. I saw the pictures. Some things are better left to the imagination.

I did slow 3K 8 days after my tonsillectomy last fall. However, the tonsillectomy didn't involve an area of the body that's really involved in erging. Since the appendectomy, even if laproscopic, is near the ab's you may need to wait longer.
