toes curling upwards involuntarily
Hi guys. Wanted to check whether this has happened to any of you.. I can be lying in bed or on the sofa and my wife will notice I am curling my toes (towards me rather than away from me. Mainly big toes). I have heard this can be from tight calves from rowing which I almost certainly have.. Any advice on stretches/steps to get rid of this? Thanks

Hi Withnail69,
I've never experienced this, nor heard from it. But is it a problem that you want to solve? Do you e.g. scratch your better half with your toenails while asleep or something? (And do I therefore need to take your forum name as a clue...)
Otherwise, if there is no problem, you don't need to do anything about it.
Good luck rowing, with or without curling toes!

Re: toes curling upwards involuntarily
I don't suffer from this, but I'd guess that calf stretches will be ideal.
