Broke my knee in 2018 - 1 MILLION METERS TODAY!

In February 2018, I broke my left tibia plateau skiing (basically my knee). Two operations, 3 months of not walking, 2 months of physio and one conversation with my surgeon telling me not to run for exercise ever again later, I decided to start rowing again for the first time in probably 15+ years so got a rowing machine.
After so long with no exercise, progress was initially slow and I could barely row 4km without feeling like I was dying, but gradually things improved, most of my rows now are either 10 or 15 km.
Well today, after 466 days since I first got on a rowing machine again, I have completed a total of 116 workouts. Those workouts have taken me a total of 71 hours and 46 minutes and apparently in that time I've burnt 61,721 calories.
Most importantly, I have now hit 1 MILLION METERS!

Never heard of that injury before, but it sounds excruciating!
Congratulations on the 1M. There's nothing like exercise for physical and mental well-being - very glad you've found something that you can do without incurring the wrath of your surgeon.

Well done. It's a great piece of equipment for low impact fitness

Awesome job!
I'm sure that it really feels good after having to take so much time off.
