I have jumpers knee in both legs. Ive got it from running. My physiotherapist got me training with weight and he sad ok for some rowing. But how can i do it best to not getting hurt?
I will start slowly with maybe 15 min easy rowing but was wondering if any in here have some more advice?
Thanks

Low drag, rating not low, keep your knees very warm, maybe use a wrap. Start out very easy and gently go faster.

I started rowing because I dealt with a Chronic case of Runner's Knee. Rowing doesn't bother it. Completely healed on its own after no running for several months.
