You bought one of these machines hoping they would be an awesome fitness training tool and you would be absolutely right

I bought mine for purely vain reasons. I want skinny knees and defined shoulders. Stroke...stroke...

I have blisters. Knees are looking nicer in heels. Heels would look better without bandaids.

Because the erg is the best damn piece of fitness equipment ever invented. And because rowers are the coolest people on the planet. That's why!
