Tingling arms when rowing

Ever since I got my C2 5 months ago, my workout routine has consisted of a warmup routine (15 pushups, 15 situps etc), and then 30+ minutes of rowing.
After a month or so I started developing a golf elbow and found a tip to not grip the handle anymore and just use only my fingertips to hook the handle. That took care of the golf elbow. However, I'm starting to develop tingling forearms and hands now. If I hold my arms straight, horizontal at my shoulders like I'm a big T, my arms start going numb pretty fast, and if I turn my palms up, a lot quicker.
I've noticed that my natural rested position of my arms is slightly bent and that it actually takes a little effort to straighten my arms fully, especially before a workout. That leads me to thinking that I'm either missing a muscle group in my routine that drastically needs some attention or a stretch that I'm missing (I do a series of stretches in the morning).
Anyone have experience with this? Any tips? Thanks in advance.
