Bottom Blisters

Post by rsdavr » January 28th, 2011, 9:27 am

I rowed 30k this morning and ended up with blisters at the point of greatest seat pressure on my bottom. Has anyone else experienced this and found a good solution? I bought a concept 2 seat pad a month ago, but did not find it helpful at all. My glut muscles actually hurt much worse with the seat pad than without it. Thanks to anyone out there who can help me.

I had same problem and found using the small bubble wrap works really well for me. I use double thickness and since doing this no problems. Hope this helps
