Jonzach....gravity is your friend....try sitting on a bench or some allowing you legs to dangle. Do some ROM up and down, but start slowly. Another thing that really helped my ROM was sitting on one of those Shwinn Airdyne old timey bikes. Start slow with the seat high enough to do a few revolutions. Get warmed up for 2-3 minutes and then drop the seat down just a tad. It will be harder at first as it's lower....warm up awhile longer and drop it again. I was amazed how much ROM gain I got in one session....almost 12 degrees.

Jonozach - finally starting to see some light at the end of the tunnel! Good news - not so good news. First the good: 1. 9 weeks post-op (ROM 110 degrees) and finally getting out of the Donnjoy full leg brace into a non-locking below the knee to above the knee - like going from board shorts to a speedo *G*. 2. Can finally drive! Leg now available to work the clutch. 3. PT now 2x @ week (doc impressed w/ how everything is healing & how I've been working the PT. The not-so good - still no erg for the next 6 weeks (he knows I'm a little too enthusiastic re: the erg so very probably in my own best interest) so continuing the resistance work & now walking more. Sooo - keep working it hard - you're getting there!

No way that was a full RQT to have a 1 month full recovery. Had to be a very minor partial tear. Unless you got your months and years wrong?

@Gymvet...where did you see "one month full recovery?" I had a total and had a very aggressive rehab protocol from U of Wisconsin Sports Medicine. It still took 3 months for me to be able to get around and walk normally....even that is considered very fast.
