CBD seems to come up quite a bit in conversations around managing everyday back discomfort, especially when other approaches don’t quite do the trick. It’s interesting to hear that it’s been a helpful part of your routine. I’ve seen a lot of different takes, so hearing real-life feedback like yours is useful.
I’ve also come across CBD gummies that are designed to promote better sleep, like these Delta 8 Gummies for Sleep from Stirling (https://www.stirlingcbdoil.com/product/ ... for-sleep/) Some people say they help them wind down at night and ease occasional restlessness. Just wondering, have you ever added anything like that into your routine?
Back Injury Pre Rowing
Re: Back Injury Pre Rowing
Never taken it and no special expertise, but it seems to me that CBD is intended to achieve the same as relaxation, so learning to truly relax (sometimes referred to as self-hypnosis and techniques include meditations) seems a good healthy alternative. Not to disparage the use of drugs for this (there is nothing worse for the prospects of truly relaxing than knowing "you have to relax"!
