Bingo! Things are indeed going very well, and i am so glad i got myself a C2. Already, after just not many months i feel a completely new man. Rowing has transformed my life and lead me on to wanting to incorporate other forms of exercise training and i have to be honest, it's basically having that snowball effect!! As i am even doing heavy punch bag work now toohjs wrote:

Think of it this way. Things are going well, and you like it. Never change a winning team. Keep it simple, if you lose weight, you burn more energy then you get in. So eat more. I am not a fan of just eating crap. Carbs are overated, eat whole foods, eat more fat. Simply find a new balance what keeps your weight in check.

For the most part i am eating all the real foods (just obviously need to consume more of them per day)... steaks every few days, fresh 100% chicken most days, tuna 2-3 times per week. Fresh veggies almost every day, and fruits & nuts very often. Full fat milk, lots of water daily... so doing it right for sure and it's showing in my performances. Yeah, i know if i started just eating crap it would really affect my performance but it's fine to indulge in the unhealthy stuff every once in a while. Rather than say having a "cheat day" Just have a cheat meal
