Sweede - My goal is to get stronger. I think it's limiting my overall 2K times and my sprint times are weak relative to my longer pieces (10K and such). I'm now looking at Pavel's Simple and Sinister as well (as mentioned above). I just think I probably need more time to work into the heavier stuff. If I start Simple and Sinister, I'll start relatively light and work my way up just so I can sure of form. I've saw good things about the trainers you mention as well. Thanks for the suggestions.

I have a pair off Pavels books and he is very competent ass well, when I think getting stronger and building volume I think fewer reps like 6 - 8 heavy, last rep should be very hard to complete. if you can do 10 to 12 to light. More weight
You can not train everyday you are getting stronger only days when you are not training. Simple and Sinister Is not for volume as it is lighter and for every days work.
This is more like endurance training not for volume.

Leg work important to gain muscle overall ass hormone levels is encreased more by huge leg muscles being used.

But be careful kettlebells are not a play thing when heavy loaded
