Peak Flow Meter & Performance = Correlation?

Post by Gammmmo » February 10th, 2018, 9:05 am

Following on from the Spirometry thread, has anyone seen a correlation between Peak Flow Meter results and how good they feel on the erg? It's something I'm going to look into having seen variations in peak flow of 5-10% on a daily basis. I'm asthmatic BTW but it's very well controlled...or so it seems from a symptoms/feeling point of view. Maybe there's inflammation variation that does affect performance but is not bad enough to really give me symptoms??
