PERSISTENT BACK PAIN NEED HELP FAST

Post by mattflint49 » June 27th, 2016, 9:22 am

hey guys, I really really need help from hopefully some sort of experienced physician. First things first, I already see a physio and its been nearly 6 weeks and not a single sign of improvement. I have had an MRI, X-Ray and Ultrasound and the only sign of pain-causing material was a bulge in the L5-S1. However, the physio states that the actual pain is not in the position of the L5-S1 and also many people have this bulge without even showing symptoms. My physio has stated that it could be due to a weak hip, but after following exercises strengthening my hip, rolling out tight muscles in the buttox, glutes and quads nearly twice a day, whilst not over stretching and no improvement has been found. That's a little background on my revival situation.
Now, to my actual pain. I experience pain in the lower back on both the left and right sides, however it appears more painful on the left. Next, if anyone knows what the transverse processes are they are small bony projections that branch off both sides of the lumbar vertebrae - AND massaging my back muscles against this and hearing little clicks is extremely relieving - just thought id add that in.
Im sorry for all this information but to say the least I am so desperate for help and its plain horrible.
Age: 15. Gender: Male. - eats reasonably healthy, does rowing. havnt done much physical exercise in past 3 months due to this pain.
NOTE: IT IS NOT PAINFUL PER SAY ITS RATHER UNCOMOFRTABLE AND PERSISTANTLY STIFF. ALWAYS FEEL THE NEED TO STRETCH IT OUT AND PUSH INTO THE PLACE OF STIFFNESS MAKES IT FEEL RELIEVING.
thanks so much!!
