hip pain

Post by joanlinda » May 4th, 2015, 1:01 pm

I am a 5 million meter rower. I have been limping and having trouble rowing since October 31st. I am afraid that I overdid the Skeleton Crew Challenge due to lack of time to train, and that faulty form led to my injury. I have pain in the upper quad of my right thigh, potentially Iliopsoas Bursitis. I haven't been able to do any regular cardio in months. Rest does not seem to be helping. I am looking for suggestions that might allow me to return to regular rowing, as well as any tips for easing back in. Thanks for your help.

Yes I have, afraid it's not been that much help. PS @jackrabbit--thanks for the link, I got it to work. It was very helpful!

Doesn't work for me either? Glad you found something that may help. Jack
