Ankle fusion

I'm in the recovery phase after an ankle fusion. Has anyone experience with rowing after this type of surgery?

Ankle fusion sounds serious, what happened ?? Have you had advice on going back to using the C2 ?, If not, I would advise you to see a personal trainer who is clued up on post op rehabilitation

Numerous sports injuries that I neglected eventually caught up with me!
