Vegans and Celiacs Diet

If anyone is a celiac or vegan please post what you eat and what you do for energy before training and for recovery afterwards.

I am not training - I just row for general exercise and fitness, not racing.
I don't eat anything special either before or after. I do eat a lot of rice, fish, cheese and fruit. Afterwards I do like to have ice cream B)
