I was recently sick and was not able to be at practice for 2 weeks. When I got back everything was impossible (very hard) for me to do. It's been one week for me being back and I still feel like i'm at the bottom of my crew while before I was in the middle. I was wondering If for example it took me two weeks to recover and be back to where i was before I was sick would I be 2 weeks behind everyone else because while I was using 2 weeks to recover they were using their 2 weeks getting better. Please give me feedback as I really am tired of being at the bottom of the table and I want to get back to where I was before.
Sorry if this is hard to understand leave questions if it will make your responses better.

Patience...
2 weeks being sick often takes 4 to be back. Don,t push yourself but let your body recover enough between sessions. Food, sleep etc watch that.

Re: Recovering From being Sick for 2 Weeks??
If you are out around 1 week, it usually takes about twice as long to get back to where you were. When you stretch it out to 2 weeks of no activity though, it can take a long time to recover.
The key at this point is to not do your workouts at the pace you were doing them before the sickness. You need to adjust your pace and slowly work it back. Otherwise not only are you going to fly and die on workouts, but you're also not going to be in the proper training zone for each workout.
In the future, unless you are very, very ill, try to do some sort of exercise. Even 20-30 minutes can go great lengths toward maintaining your current athletic state.

Thanks for the feedback, how long do you think it will take for me to be at the level of people who I was equal to prior to being sick? Because while I'm recovering they are improving, right?

All other things being equal (which is usually never the case), you wouldn't, because while you are catching up they keep getting better. So my advice like I said in the other post is to take the recovery slowly and after a week or two when you are 100% healthy and getting the fitness back start doing extra workouts on your own. That's how you can no only catch, but even surpass, your teammates.

I was hurt my junior year in high school cross country and had to take a couple weeks off. Your teammates shouldn't be able to improve as fast as you should be able to get back to where you were. It took me a few weeks to catch back up to where I was at, but I did and won my first individual state title that season. They will get better, but you should be able to get back to where you were.

Always takes longer to get back to normal aerobically after a lay off due to sickness, strength wise though it doesn't take half as long to get back on it. The body is a strange mechanism
