Hey, I am a fourteen year old beginner-intermediate soccer player/all around active person, I hate running in the winter cause the cold air hurts while panting, so I turned to rowing...my dad has done it forever.
My real question: I sat wrong as a kid and have knock knees(Genu valgum), not too severe and I would never think of having surgery, but whenever a stretch my quad before any activity, my knee pops, doesn't hurt just very unerving and I know it can't be good for bones, cartalidge, etc... Is there some sort of excercise/stretch that naturally corrects knock knees?
Thank you
knock knees
