Dampersetting SkiErg

Hi!!

I have been using the SkiErg with adampersetting sbout 4. Today I tried to use dampersetting 10 and it felt much better. I felt I could Use the stomack much more

What dampersetting are you using/recommondend

3.5-4 in ma case (this is 67-71 drag factor). So much lower than yours, although I have similar times on a RowErg I am no match on SkiErg compared to you.

I did a 5k test last week and had the damper set just below 4 which feels about right for me. Please note that I do not have a Nordic background and only started using the skierg in December 2014.

I rowed in college and continued to scull 5 years after and have always set the damper at 6 on the rowing erg.
