Long distance standards

Hey team, first-time poster here.
First of all—high five to everyone who loves the SkiErg! Reading these posts has been an awesome encouragement.
Secondly, I’ve got a 24-hour ski coming up in July, and I’m trying to get clarity on the rules or accepted standards for long continuous efforts. Specifically around breaks, but any other info is definitely welcome too.
I’ve done a quick search and come across a few different standards, but would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction or share what’s commonly accepted.
Thanks for your time!
