Hey team, first-time poster here.
First of all—high five to everyone who loves the SkiErg! Reading these posts has been an awesome encouragement.
Secondly, I’ve got a 24-hour ski coming up in July, and I’m trying to get clarity on the rules or accepted standards for long continuous efforts. Specifically around breaks, but any other info is definitely welcome too.
I’ve done a quick search and come across a few different standards, but would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction or share what’s commonly accepted.
Thanks for your time!

Long distance standards
Re: Long distance standards
Welcome to the forum!
I'm 99.9999% sure that the "rules" for the SkiErg long distance efforts are the same as those for the RowErg, so if you don't get enough help in this sub-forum I suggest you post it in the rowing section, where it's likely to generate more responses.
Good Luck on the 24-hour ski.
Re: Long distance standards
Excellent, thanks bud.
Re: Long distance standards
I think it depends on who houses the record, but if its one recorded by C2, I’d take a look here

You can also sift through and post here. Loads of info and experience out there
