loss of drive.

Hi,
My Skierg 1 the drive cord broke, so i decided to replace all the drive cables. after putting it all back together when giving it really good gas then suddenly there is a pull that has zero resistance and it feels like the drive spool is spinning. i've tried to recreate the issue but its really random. i've also tried locking the fan and pulling to see if the drive spool is spinning but it seems very tight and ok.
any suggestions or if anyone has encountered this i would appreciate hearing from you.
