Ski Erg Calorie Count

Post by Glenmornan123 » October 29th, 2021, 2:22 pm

Does the calorie counter require both cords or only one? My calories do not count correctly, when I pull one cord individually it goes up, but when I pull the second one individually it doesn’t. Is it off the pulley or is this normal. Also it seems to count on them randomly stick on a certain number despite the same motion throughout. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Calorie count is based on wattage over a distance. It's not very accurate. Use a HR monitor to get a more accurate count on calories burned.
