Problem with assembly

Post by LaineyPB » May 2nd, 2021, 1:18 pm

I have just unpacked and assembled my skierg an I’m planning on wall mounting it. However, one of the handles is not retracting to the top and is hanging about 6 inches lower than the other which is fully retracted. I can still pull it and there is tension from where it is hanging but how do I get it to retract fully. Is this a fault? Should I contact Concept or is there an easy fix? Thanks in advance,

First confirm that you have it assembled correctly and if you do then call C2.

Have you taken the stopper stick like pieces from the pull cords? Caught me out those did.
