Problem with new ski erg

Hi, I have recently wall mounted a brand new ski erg, when I attempted to use it the right handle hangs lower then the left. The left handle and cord are tight to the top of the ski whereas the right hangs down with a lot of loose cord. Is this normal? Sorry if the explanation is poor, thanks for any help.

Call C2 customer support. It should not be like that.....
