Skierg good shoulder workout?

Hi all,
I currently own a rower but am looking for something that will develop my shoulders more. Has anyone seen good shoulder development using one?
I realise a weights program is possibly a better alternative but if I could get good development and get a cardio session that worked my core too that would be perfect.I would probably alternate between both machines possibly 3 days each per week.

I think it will work posterior delts but have limited effect on lateral and anterior as they are tensed but not really being worked due to the plane of motion.
Delts are more designed for pushing rather than pulling but I guess there is some ancillary benefit to be being tensed, a bit like they are when you row

No its not really, bit depending on which technique you use it mostly works lats and triceps.
For shoulders you need some form of pushing, and the skierg is a pulling movement.
Ps, you do need healthy rotator cuff muscle, those get a good beating.

You state that a healthy rotator cuff is necessary for the Skierg. I'm an electrician and have had some shoulder/arm issues. I have zero pain on the Concept2. Thinking about the Skierg for working different muscle groups. Thoughts? Thanks.

In case you haven't seen it, this is what C2 says about that:

I would say, if possible, try it out somewhere. From a distance difficult to judge, the power goes via the triceps/shoulders. If in your case thats trouble?
Skierg in general, very much uses the upperbody as the driver of the motion. Triceps, chest, lats.
Legs, backextension, glutes do work, but that work is the recovery part of the stroke.
