faulty skierg

Just purchased concept2 skierg, approx' 1 week ago, when using the skierg , when the machine is slowing down, a rattle sound appears like something is out of balance , when I have used the machine and let it coming to rest, that's when it happens, any ideas please

Pick up the phone call Concept2 UK on 0115 9340140. If it's new it has a long warranty. The machine may still be under warranty even if it's secondhand.
