Anyone out their interested in sharing their training strategies for the upcoming Tour de Skierg Challenge coming up in February? How, if any, do you adjust your training in January? Do you modify your training to successfully peak for each week's event, or just train through?
Best of luck to all competitors, and big shout out to Concept2 for sponsoring the event and providing continuos support and encouragement throughout the year.
Tour de Skierg Strategies
Re: Tour de Skierg Strategies
hi -
i'm probably not the best example, but i did the tour de skierg in 2016, missed it on 2017.
i just trained through normally and did the events on my normal rest day during the week.
the longer events were kind rough extra work, but weren't too bad.
good luck!
