Your body weight is very relevant. What matters is the power-to-weight ratio that you were able to sustain over these 5K, more than absolute time. That said, 28:20 is rather slow, even for lightweight. (For example, elite skiers can go under 17 minutes at <90kg, and slowest Vasaloppet skiers under 25 minutes at weight category ~60kg according to one analysis.)
