SkiErg post-cataract surgery

Post by Eric308 » May 30th, 2021, 1:51 pm

Anyone have experience with this? My Doc says wait a week for any lifting, and I'm hoping to start on the Erg again soon. Light workouts with low intensity. He had no idea what the SkiErg was, and I'm hoping for some feedback. TIA

One week rest vs increased risk to my eyes?

IMO this is a no-brainer - the "eyes" have it. Heck, I'd wait a month if that's what they told me to do. Eyes are way, way too important to be taking chances, especially for something as simple as a week off the erg.

I wish the forum had a "like" or "thumbs-up" button. Agree 1000% with the sentiments expressed by ombrax.
