Happy with my machine

Post by Quasi Modo » January 12th, 2019, 7:24 pm

Greetings Ergers!
Getting stronger by the day. Gotta love that.
Watching my 500m avg dropping.
Damper at 4. Stock handles which I'm trying to hold loosely. Like a golf club.
12k in 8 x 1500m intervals with :30 rest.
Very cool to get such an intense workout without using my legs.
Love how warm my whole upper body is after... mmmm hoodie!
I am Very happy with my machine

Your legs are supposed to do most of the work. But of course - it is mostly about being happy with one's training.

Not on the skierg. The legs actually are not used in the drive, only as support for the "drop". Not like true XC skiing where the legs are really used hard.

So cool watching my Avg 500s coming down Stroke per min coming up.
Very cool to knock out 12K in an hour.
Today was 8x1500m intervals with :45 rest.
12k in 58.00.3 2:25 a/500 43 strokes/min thats 7:25 avg/1500.
Feeling pretty good about this addition to my home gym!
