Pacer function skierg

Have seen there is a pacer function on the pm5 how do I set this ? Have tried following online instructions but no joy

When you do a "New Workout" just set it at the bottom of the screen then pick the correct display to show it, it doesn't show on every screen.
Can also see it on a reSki, again have to be on the correct display screen.
