I have had my Model C for 14 years. Have done all the maintenance and it is in like new condition. So I'm a big fan of C2 products.
I am 2 weeks post op from hip resurfacing surgery and won't be able to row hard on my erg for several weeks to some months depending on my recovery.
I've watched the ski erg videos and it looks like a good tool for maintaining CV fitness while I still have limited hip mobility.
Has anybody at C2 worked with injured/recovering athletes with this erg ? Have you consulted with any medical professionals (orthopedists) that would consider this appropriate ?
Thanks,
Injury Rehab
