Hi Chris, 'newbie' to all this - but - aboard!

It's addictive, you won't want ot go away. I'll be setting myself and average i want to acheve for the challenge, therefore there is no pressure to row every day, i can also mix up the long stuff with the sprints and not get drawn into just getting on the rower for the sake if it, hope that makes sense.
