Do you like to train hard or just enjoy rowing the metres away?

Either way, I've just started a new team for the World Erg Challenge 2015 and am seeking any hapless member wishing to join a team and not sure which. Don't let the team name put you off, it's all a bit of fun and I'd like to think I could at least get one person to join my team so I wont be rowing the challenge by myself! :)

All welcome and nothing has to hurt - honest! :)
