Post by Treesmacker » January 26th, 2016, 12:06 pm

Has anyone added MX bars to their C2 for dirtbike cross over training??
If so I would like to see how you mounted them.

Thanks

Are you thinking of this product?

I always thought it was a gimmick.
I'm pretty sure that this will not benefit your training for the motorcycle riding, and it will certainly harm your rowing results.

If you really want to try it out, stick some tubing on the ends of the C2 handle to get the wide reach.

A cheap way would be A hose clamp around muffler clamp holding it to bar with climbing clamp small to chain. I have Transformx moto endurance system you can buy online As noted above

A good workout I use Row 1000 meters jump off do 25 pushups under a minute so rower doesn't time out. Do it for 10k plus pushups

Steve Hatch mounts MX bars to his C2 for cross training.
I'm still a rowing newbie so I will work on form first.....
