Cross Training w/Total Gym

Post by juan-john » August 25th, 2009, 10:38 pm

Just wondered if anybody else cross-trains with the Total Gym (either the Retail, Infomercial or EFI models)?

I've been using one for (EFI model 11000) for quite few years. Both my wife and I use it 3-5 times/week.

I have a shoulder injury that prevents me from doing many exercises with free weights.

You're not going to be a professional body builder using one, but it has more than enough resistance to get stronger, add some muscle or maintain your current fitness level.

I did need to add the stand (resistance elevator) and I usually throw on another 20lbs or so of weights.
