Serial Numbers (Older Sweep Oars)

Post by Todd Rutecki » October 11th, 2015, 6:58 pm

I have a set of older sweep oars and I can't seem to find the serial numbers anywhere. Carbon fiber shaft, 25 x 52 cm big blade, white sleeve, wooden handles. My best guess is that they're from the mid to late 90's. I thought the serial numbers were etched on the shaft adjacent to the sleeve but .... I've looked in a few other places on the shaft as well. If anyone out there has more insight on this than I do, help is appreciated.

I would recommend that you contact C2 directly. That would be a far more sure way to go than this forum which is primarily for those who use the indoor rowers.
