I've had the erg for 60 days now after a long time off the rower. In that time I've completed 278227 metres and by 4th September will have reached the 3 million metre mark.

In 2001/2002 I completed a Million Metres in 10 weeks. Well I'm a bit older and probably should know better but I'm thinking I want to get to 4 million by the end of the year. So anyone feel like joining me in this challenge?

Hey Roy,

It's Caroline, from Empty the Tanks here. Good luck on getting to your four million metre target by the end of the year. I am hoping to get my one million metres wrapped up before Xmas (hopefully November time) so I will certainly like to keep in touch with how you are getting on.
The FRC09 will definately help boost metres....
