If you've set up mirrors to use when you row, what kind of mirrors, what size, and how did you place them?
Do you feel that using them helped you? If so, how.

I don't know exact measurements, but we've set up one long mirror on the wall next to where have our erg set up at home. It's big enough in height so you can see your whole body while you erg.
I feel like the mirrors have helped me improve my technique, or at least shown me what i've been doing wrong. Often during a hard piece, i'll look over to see how I need to correct myself when I get tired. I might just get on the erg and go really slow just to work on technique.
Also you get to see you huge muscles while you work out

I've use a mirror every now and then slightly off center in front of me.
However by far the most useful thing I've used is a set of mirrors a friend of mine constructed that allows me to look forward and see a complete side view of myself rowing. It was a pretty cool set up. The side mirror was fairly large (i'm guessing 3'x4') and the one in front was something like 2'x3'. That almost instantly cured a problem I had with tension in my shoulders. I knew it was a problem but once I could see it was not problem eliminating.

Those are great ideas thanks.
I'd like to set up a long mirror to the side.
It would be nice to set up 2 mirrors but I'm not sure if there is room for that.
