Pete Plan Help

So I'm looking at the beginner Pete's Plan. Week one says:
5000m
6 x 500m / 2min rest
5000m
[20min]
[2 x 10min / 2min rest]
So do I do all of that everyday for week one? That seems like a lot. Or is each line a different day? If so, when do you insert rest days?
Sorry for the basic question, I'm very new to rowing and just trying to get a basic understanding.
