My coach recently sent out a workout for our team to do this week, but im still new to the team, so i dont understand some of the terms
he told us to:
do one 3k at your 6k pace
10 min rest
one 1500m at 6k - 1 sec. pace
5 min rest
one 1000m at 6k - 2
i understand everything except for the "- 1 sec" and the "- 2 sec"
what does that mean?
