Hi,

here are links to a couple short videos for evaluation please? Sorry about the quality, workout room doubles as home theatre,

The first one is a short 100m

Not too bad Gowyn.

The issues I see:
- you are too upright in the recovery and "bum shooting" slightly (your shoulder should be in front of your hips during recovery)
- as a result your shins are going past vertical as you recover and prepare for the catch
- being upright means you aren't leaning forward at the catch - rather your torso stays upright at 12 o'clock - you should lean to 10:30 ish
- this will extend your reach at the catch and will lengthen your stroke and stop the shins going past 90 degrees
- try and make a golf ball sized loop at the catch and an orange sized one at the finish with your hands
- try and get your hands away quicker at the finish - this will encourage you to lean forward and break your knees slightly later

Things I see, not enough forward action of the back. Cause, feet to high, put them down, plus .. Weight, your belly is in the way.
Powerfull stroke, but the energy does not go fully on the chain, your pull hard at the straps, lots to gain here. You dhould learn to pull all energybin the chain, so the feet stay connected to the feetrest. The feet now pull on the straps.
Third, pause after the stroke. Partly caused by the momentum you still have. From a fully finished stroke it would be easier to not pause.
Recovery is too agressive, this should be more relax.
In short, the stroke starts to short/soft and ends to hard. It should be frontloaded more. Now its very backloaded.
