What's the protocol for weigh-in at the Crash-B's? I know about the time frame, but I don't know: Dressed in rowing gear? shoes on or off? No clothes?

thanks much,

tony

At several of them, there were separate men's and women's weighing rooms, so you could strip down if necessary. This has not been the case at the satellites events that I have been to, nor was it the case at the EIRC in 2005

I was there last year. The weigh-ins are in separate rooms for male and female. Some guys stripped down. I hopped on in my street clothes and made weight.

I thought you were only allowed to go down to what you were racing in (ie rowing shorts & shirt or uni). I was there last year and weighed in lightweight, but I don't remember.

In 2005 and 2006, men could weigh in at the CRASH-B wearing as much or as little as desired. As was previously stated, some men very close to the weight limit weighed in au naturel.
