G'day all was wondering if someone can answer a question for me please. I am currently training at the gym on a cross trainer and can currently do 30 mins and the distance is 7.08 kilometres. I am pretty well stuffed after this. I am 46 years old and weigh 125 kgs. also 5' 11'' tall
Please someone tell me is this good for someone with my stats...
I also have a concept 2 rower and don't really have any times to compare however i do 5000 metres in under 25 mintues or my best for 2000 meters is 9 minutes...
The reason I ask is am I goin well or not or should I try and push harder, although I dont want to hurt myself. I was 135 kgs on the 1st may and although I am trying to lose weight I am trying to lose it slowly so it doesn't come back again
thanks for any answers.
