Hey all, im just wondering, today i rowed a 12min ergo piece, at a light pace (2:15) and my HR went up around 200 bpm. Im not sure thats healthy.
I went to a doctor and he told me i was very unfit and should take up running, etc. Since my standing HR was about 90bpms. I told him i can run under 20mins for 5kms, and row a 7min 2km ergo piece.
What kind of ergo training should i do to lower my HR?

There are a number of discrepancies in your post that make it suspicious:
Your HR hits 200 rowing at 2:15 for 12 minutes, but you can row at 1:45 for 7 minutes? Doesn't jive.
You saw this effect, and then saw a doctor in the same day? I'm a physician - unless you're actively dying you can't get in on the same day.
He said you are unfit, but you can run 5k in 20 minutes? What did he base his assessment on?
More info will help, or likely people will think the post is a prank.

Herr Doctor, you are making assumptions! He does not say that he saw the doctor on the same day, only that he rowed "today", and that he had seen a doctor. He might have sought medical advice on a previous occasion, provoked by a similar exercise-induced tachycardia.
Cheers
