I have finiahes the beginner workouts amd am going to row for a longer session tonight. I am going to go for 45 mins to an hour deoending on how I feel.
So far I have just been using the "just row" setting. Should I try out a diffrent workout of just for for 45 mins at a coftorable speed?
Again rowing to loose fat.
