I was looking at the interactive programme on the UK C2 site. How many people have used this? At what level? What do you think of it compared to other programs described on the forums?
Thanks,
Bryan
p.s. I looked around for mention of it and read a couple threads, but I guess I'm looking for a review of the program to decide whether or not to try it out.
Interactive Programme
A small group of us used the IP in preparation for this year's Crash-B races. You'll find our comments on the Road to Boston thread. I think we had people doing 4, 5, 6, and 7 sessions a week.
The IP is designed to prepare you to race a 2k. I thought it worked well, but I probably will do something different this year. For me, part of the fun is trying new approaches. I'm too old to get faster, but if I find the fountain of youth, perhaps I will not slow down too rapidly.
My view is that for all but the elite, it matters far less what plan you use than that you consistently follow an intelligent and well-designed plan. Of course the intelligence of the design depends upon your goals. How much time are you willing to commit. Are you planning to race a 2k? etc.
good luck.
